Inaccurate PF amount received

Dear Sir,

Most humbly and respectfully I would like to state that after waiting too long for my Provident Fund, I have received lesser amount, the total amount received even does not eqalizes to my PF contribution per month till 3years with my last company. The amount received is lesser than the accurate figure.

My PF account number is DL2371971707. I worked in the last organisation for 3 complete years (30th July - 22nd september)

Kindly look into the matter and remitt the remaining amount into my account as mentioned in my PF form respectively. I would be really grateful for your help.
