I, Mr. E.Babula Rao of Bhubaneswar, is beg to state that, I have been cheated by Mr. KAZIM Lee (Embassy of People Republic of China) and Mr. Cheng Li towards the Job Engagement at China National Heavy Duty Truck Corp, Shandong Import & Export Co. Ltd., to be based at New Delhi of Rs.74800/- (Rupees Seventy Four Thousand Eight Hundred) for the position of Payment Receiving Agent with a Salary of $5800.00 per month along with accommodation, all.
Sir, I got this offer through mail to me from MR. LI FANG HENG, DIRECTOR/CHIEF RECRUITER, JOB RECRUITMENT/CAREER DEPARTMENT on Dated 8th May time 1:06 PM. Since that date to till date I am continuously following with the concerned person of this Company and Embassy, but, not getting any solution as of now {Detail has been mentioned in below table} neither the job engage nor money, nothing. Only the false commitment i.e. I will be refunded the money and will get job engagement. Came to know from Mr. Cheng Li that, Mr. KAZIM Lee has frauded the company and cheated me. Mr. Cheng assured the job engagement in this Company and refund of my money, but he insisted to pay more of Rs.11500/. After paying Rs.11500/- it is now become same problem as earlier, again they are asking more of Rs.5000/- towards final document processing and handing over all the related documents. Mr. Anderson, who is boss of Mr. Cheng Li and he himself referring as Chief Recruiter is also demanding to deposit more of Rs.5000/-. After the money paid, Mr KAZIM Lee is not picking up the phone and also Cheng Li, but responding from my other phone. Documentation made to me through E-mail and SMS’s has been saved with me (attached photocopy and CD, please go through) also the account holder details like PAN No and a/c. no, to whom money has been paid. But, this people have cheated me by showing in different way. I think these Chinese people have broad unite with an objectives to cheat people of India and to lose their country’s pride and earning handsome money with cheating mails, etc. So let the unit of this should be busted and penalized, which, will save our nation’s pride & India’s money too. Being a middle class family I have paid almost all the savings to this cheater. In this regard, I have written letter to President and Minister of Foreign Affairs, China, President and Prime Minister of India, Embassy of China at New Delhi, Ministry of External Affair and PRO, India with all photocopies and a CD. Sir, I need your assistance, involvement with an iniative to solve this problem, please.

He promised that, he is having all the documents in his hand including my cheque and advance two month salary. He mailed me the appointment letter and agreement copy to me (attached). Henceforth, please adjust 11, 500 from my advance salary and proceed further for job engagement.

So these are the mails communicated to me. I have also saved the SMS’s of these persons (attached photocopy). Being a middle class family I have lost everything and some time I am thinking to do some negative thing to myself. I spoke to Mr. Cheng Li on Dtd.24th Aug’10 in the afternoon, he informed that, Kazim Lee is in prison and I will get back my money by 15th September’10. Even if forwarded this to China President, Foreign Affairs, China National Heavy Duty Corp, President/Prime Minister and Foreign affairs of India and China Embassy to New Delhi, which I find no response from them, Sir, please help me do some extraordinary act to solve my issue. I have visited 6 times to New Delhi, but nobody is responding to me.
