CMC (A TATA ENTERPRISE) is offering a program called cjet (cmc job enabling training).this is a one year program where in we will be trained in all software languages and projects will be allocated with in that year.
BEFORE JOINING THEY INFORMED :
1) you will be having placements with in the one year program and if at all you have not placed you will be placed in the cmc company itself.
2) you will be having the development project but not the testing project.
AFTER THE COMPLITION OF PROGRAM :
1) they have no placements and they are removing out from the cmc company even though the employee is very talented.
2) they are allocating the call center jobs after the complition of training program.they were informed that you will be allocated with development project.
