Dear Sir,
I have not received my Provident Fund amount till date. It has been around 5 1/2 months now that I have applied for my withdrawal. I was working with Cognizant Technology India Pvt. Ltd for the period 06-03 to 12-03 and my PF number is TN/MS/31309/032826.
I have followed up with my company and they told that they have already submitted my form 19 & 10C to PF Office, Chennai.
I have also provided my bank account to which I wanted my money to get credited, in the withdrawl form itself. Its standard charted bank, secunderabad Branch. But nothing got credited.
Can you please advice me on the status of my PF withdrawal please.
