TA BILL NOT RELEASING

SIR, My son is working in Private ATM SERVICE CO. He has field work and has to stay outside from his station of posting. Company pressure to go on work outside but donot give advance or donot pass TA bills up to 2 to 3 months giving any reason. At present around more than Rs. 50000/- is pending but still not passing and He is out of station for one month and financial crisis lots of even company donot release TA bill amount not giving advance. Please advice or help what to do.
