PF amount not received

Dear Sir / Madam,

Its been more than a year that I have left the above mentioned firm and has asked for my PF withdrawal while leaving the organization. I have been chasing them and they have failed to clear my cheque.

Its too irritating to follow up with them on regular basis.

Request you to please look into the matter.
