Hi,
We received your Interest for International openings. We have openings in Australia, Singapore and New Zealand.
We are in Singapore HQ to consider the candidatures for all the countries. We have some few seats remaining and allocating to premium candidates on first come first served basis only. The Work Visa will be sponsored by the hiring company.
You can go ahead with placement in countries mentioned above. The consultancy fees and candidate registration charges are total of Rs. 1, 80, 000/- . Yes, though the entire fees are to be paid in advance, upfront and start the process, for your convenience purpose, we have provided three part Installments. We have made the fees comfortable to pay by schedule. Once you give us your consent, we will give you the Bank details to deposit the money, in our next email.

Rs. 60, 000/-...on or before 15th Nov on completed documentation.

FAQ:
A. Are these charges for the premium services mentioned in your earlier mail?
Yes, the charges are for premium services in which the company receives your well appointed CV designed by our experts, we match profiles with company requirements, and be versatile to match the both sides. We ensure that the company gains confidence in your CV, Candidature, and we assure them that all the checks are done prior to placement. We take responsibility of candidature and ensure that the company gets high quality candidates.
B. Are these charges comprehensive in nature? OR are there any hidden costs that would prop up later? I would appreciate more clarity on the inclusions and exclusions in detailed manner.
There are apparently NO Hidden Costs. The charges are comprehensive till you are comfortable even after relocation to new country. Though there is no binding we take personal responsibility of our candidates comfort and ensure that the candidates join the services smoothly. The company sponsors you the work Visa in all the countries mentioned by us. You need not spend any further amount on the same.
C. How can you claim job guarantee with that confidence? What happens if one case in millions fails to stand by that claim?
The companies where we place you are our clients and we are their Training and Management Consultants, and these are not market enquiries which go to several recruiters. As we are their Business Consultants for long term, we Guarantee Jobs. In case there is some terms and conditions which are not acceptable mutually, there is possibility of you not accepting the job, and in that case, we have another 4 to 5 companies for fall back where we can place you.
Refund Policy: In one case in millions you happen not to get any job after a reasonable period of 9 months – 1 year, we have refund policy of 50 % of the total amount paid to us after the same period.
D. Can you elaborate the nature of inputs that you provide to facilitate fine tuning the preparation to succeed in the interaction with the employer?
Yes, we have approved training material and Candidate Questionnaires, common Job Interview Questions, and the first interview is taken by us from Singapore HR department, who then polishes your skills after due diligence on your score card. We ensure that you DO NOT make any mistakes and are purely fine tuned, to succeed in the interaction / final negotiations with the Employer.
E. Does the Visa include entire family? Will my spouse be able to work? Is it contract or permanent Job? Is there any Bond?
The work Permit includes visas to all the dependants of the person who will get the work permit. Hence it will be family Visa for spouse, and kids. In Australia your spouse will get the work permit along with you. The Kids get the Visa for Educational purposes as dependants. Unless specified by you, the Job is permanent. There is no Bond in Australia for any job. In Singapore, you will get dependant family Visa and your spouse will have to get individual work visa on your own.
