Fire the company without reason

I am Amit sharma & my id no- co421 working as cashier. Without any reason i'm terminate the company and not giving the termination letter. They blame on me that you are crupt. your are not trustworthy. I was working on Indra Gandhi Airport last aprox . seventh months with very honesty.

I want to return my job with my prestige . please help me.
