I visited Big Bazaar, Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur (UP) some days back. We bought deodorants which was on 'buy 1 get 1 free' offer, but the 2 deo bottles were not wrapped together in a single package. The sales person at the billing desk on being told by us that it is in offer shouted at us as if we were robbing him of extra deodorants. After asking about the offer from other sales person he agreed of the fact, but his tone was still very harsh and full of attitude. Some similar incident have took place in the same store earlier also.
Is this the way a sales person would treat their customer???
We would better go off to some other Kirana Store rather than buying from such a place.
