The resident work permit clearance certificate that is needed for any
employee to work in UNITED KINGDOM should come from the UNITED KINGDOM
Immigration here in UNITED KINGDOM.
Therefore attached to this mail is U.K work permit/visa form, which
will be filled in capitals and submitted.
We will take care of the expenses and the provision of work permit and
visa to UNITED KINGDOM. Employees would have to provide a scan copy of
their international passport to enable us undertake the processes of
processing your work and resident permit in your favor.
Due to past experiences, the company has had with international staff

makes it mandatory for every International Staff to submit an
AFFIDAVIT OF GUARANTEE from the British High Court in UNITED KINGDOM.

will not leave the company on getting to the UNITED KINGDOM.
You are required to contact the Immigration attorney in UNITED
KINGDOM. If you accept the terms and conditions of work to enable and
assist you procure an affidavit of guarantee that must be presented to
us within one week of receipt of this offer letter so that we would
commence the processing of your travel papers.
