Directions is the company i am associated right now. I can proudly say so because they are in the indutry for 6 years and it is not a joke to sustain in an industry with high competiotion. my ambition is to start a consultancy in future. This company focuses more in quality and not quantity.
The clients demand is more but the supply is less. This is beacuse it is challenging to find good quality candidates in chennai market.
I have done some research about this company. They have a huge client base.
100% professional environment. But yes, they giive a lot of importance to performance and attitude of employees. If they find the employees attitude is not good, they dont mind in terminating that employee even if he is a good performer because he should not spoil others.
If we are good performers they will place us in the corporate companies as HRs. We need noty pay anything to them. All procedures are documented prefectly. everything is given to us in written formatm, which is a good practice. Most consultancies cheat the employees by telling things orally and cheating later but they are really professional. Though i joined recently only, i know abt the company i work. Its really good.
