Hi. I am a 2010 passout. I did MBa HR through Distance education. Since HR is my passion, i did some research and decided to join a consultancy to learn practically abt HR field. I joined Directions Placement Consultancy which is in kodambakkam. I got this job through an internal refernece. After 3 days of training, i started working and found this job very interesting. There are few days which are unsuccessful. But luckily i had good mentors who always believed in me and motivated me. I completed 1 year with them. I can say that they are one of the leading HR firms who gave me practical training on recruitment. Now i have got an opportunity to be a part of their clients end as a HR with a good salary. For those who have passion towards hr, i would advice you to join such companies where they give u prcatical exposure asnd quality training. All the best.
