I hired D S Infinity for a part time maid by paying Rs.3000/- in the month of January. No maid was sent for interviews for about two months and then post two months maids sent for interview were absolutely with such background that you will not keep them for this job. On the other hand, their representatives seem to excel in sweet talking and telling white lies. I am forced to follow them up over phone, sometimes calling over half a dozen times per day.
Their representatives trying their best to tire me out by giving various excuses with heavy doses of sweet talks.
I am tyring to get the refund of registration amount which they denined and showed a clause in their rulebook where they had written that if they send someone for interview, refund will not be feasible.
IN this scenario, I have not got a maid and also my money has been duped.
DS INfinity is a big fraud.
