I S.Venkata lakshmi residing at 26-27-1, Chaitanya nagar, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam. I have applied for a new meter on 4-07-11 with regd no. cse/gwk nsc no.56488. we havent received meter till now though i have submitted the required documents in the customer service centre. the employees over there are asking money to finish our work. this is not at all fair for the govt. employees to ask for money to do their respective jobs.
