I have worked with EC Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd for about 1 year. The company name suggests its Pvt. Ltd company, but reality is its owned by a Father & Son and not a Ltd. company.
The history of this company, which I rightly experienced being there tells that they will promise anything to get the work done, but when the times comes to pay salary, they have all the excuses in the world to delay your salary for minimum of 2 months. Even then they may give one month’s salary that too postdated cheque. I have been into the sales there & they didn't paid a single penny as an incentives regardless telling in the interview for paying healthy amount for the sales generated.
And if you leave the company without clearing your outstanding amount, make it a note that they will not pay it. They might give you a postdated cheque but will cancel it at your back without informing you. It happened in my case, for which I have to send them a legal notice.
Also I would like to inform everyone that they work under various names but the owner is the same. The various company names they have are:
* EC Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. (no website)
* ECBuzz.com (www.ecbuzz.com)
* Ensemble Consultants (www.ensembleconsultants.com)
So please be aware before entering this company. They are not even honest to their employees; you can understand their honesty with their clients also.
