Dear Sir, I had been appointed by Elnathan Technologies Pvt Ltd Manesar on 1st Feb -10 as software developer Trainee and the duration of training was two months. I had been issued an appointment letter by the company and asked to deposit Rs 27, 000/- as loyalty deposit, which i had deposited to them.
It was mentioned in the appointment letter that they start paying Rs 5, 000/- per month from second month and there after then after seeing the performance, appointment will be confirmed as software engineer and a starting salary of Rs 16000/ month will be given.
My complain is that neither company had given me a single rupee nor they had returned my loyalty deposit.
They have moved from Manesar and we do not have their where about. Given contact numbers are giving no response.
Please tell me how to get money back (loyalty deposit and salary for working tenure)..
