In the mail, it was there that i must bear costs for their Immigration expenses, and other costs that are associated, and these will be reimbursed once i reach at london

I was not able to connect at their number specified in the mail

is the mail trustable, shall i spend for immigration, how can i assure its genuineness pls help me...
