Not issuing Relieving Letter to its employees.
Saigun Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Noida, sec-16) is a company which generally not issue "Relieving Letter" to its employees. The company Owner Tushar Bhatia and his father Gen. Bhatia believe that firing an employee on the basis of "Performance", "Ethical Grounds" and "Disobedience" is a better option.
This ruined the career of employee and employer also need not have to pay due/arrear amount to employees. There are many employees who suffered from this policy and many are going to suffer.
People from HR, Sales and Testing/Development department were the main victims so people who are looking to work with this company BEWARE!
We strongly not recommend this company to work with if looking for job in IT industry. Also their product "EmpxTrack" is not matured enough to compete in market. It always have technical issues, support issues and not even have satisfied clients too.
