PF not been released - 1yr 7 months now

My name is Rajib Goswami. I am ex - employee of Endroit Technologies Pvt. ltd, Mumbai. I have worked there for 1.9 months (2nd June to 1st April). Currently i am working with Honeywell technologies soln. lab in Bangalore. I have requested for an account transfer of my PF in my current company PF cell. They checked and confirmed the previous employer (endroit technologies) has not released my PF yet. I have tried to contact HR and Finance, as well the director and have been ignoring my request. The PF No. given to me by my previous employer is: MH / 93723 / 279. I am not sure if at all this account exist. Please help me. Its almost 1 year 7 month that i left my previous company and still my PF is not released.
