After careful evaluation of your qualification, we are pleased to confirm your provisional employment by our Company in the capacity of PROJECT PLANNER, tentatively commencing May 27, on the terms in the enclosed Agreement.
Other Entrac Consulting policies are set forth in the Company's Employee Handbook, a copy of which will be provided to you prior to the commencement of your employment with the Company;
Upon your acceptance, this letter and the enclosed work contract will contain the entire agreement and understanding between you and the Company and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understanding, communications, offers, representation, warranties, or commitments by or behalf of the Company (oral or written). The terms of your employment may in future be amended, but only by writing and provided they are signed by both you and Entrac Consulting.
Please, let us know of your decision to join us by acknowledging this offer and returning the signed agreement to us not later than 22nd of April.
This offer is contingent upon the following:
1) Your signing and returning of the enclosed copy of the Company's Agreement on the set time frame.
2) And providing proof of your Eligibility to Work in the United Kingdom in the form of: either an Application Registration Card issued by the Home Office stating you are permitted to take up employment or A document giving your permanent NI Number and name (P45/P60/NI card).
