How to withdraw PF when Company have not paid it to PF department?

Respected Sir,

We are facing stiff problem with our PF account with my company. My company name is EON Premedia Pvt Ltd, D-215, Sec-63, Noida01, we don't know whether they are depositing our PF money or not. When I asked them to let us know they are not answering us very clearly, also there is no signing authority for the PF. I have left the company now and want to withdraw my money deposited but no one is ready to sign the form and even I don't know till which date they have deposited our PF.

I am not alone facing this problem here but I have few more employees with me.

Please let us know not what should we do as this amount cost us a lot for us and you people only can help us to get this back.
