It has been more than five years that despite several attempts, enquiries and visits to place of work (The Heritage School, Rohini, New Delhi), I have not got a clear set of information or update regarding the pf application which was fisrt filed in the year 2007.I was just told that there was an issue with the accuracy of my papers and therefore I again filed my papers by purchasing the form from epf office located in Ashok Vihar, New Delhi. To my misfortune I have been again struggling since June with this matter and have lost hope of getting any withdrwal as I have also been calling the Chartred accountants with whom Heritage has all the tie ups for accounting which is again messing up the whole matter further by saying that My application has been returned to School back for some reacons and school accountant Mr Susheel always replies tepidly by saying papres filled and signred by the school principal since July and the processing going on and I should be soon receiving the cheque.
I now request the courty to enable me file a letter against the organisation that has all faulty system in the name of pf account wherein a person's hard earned money is withheld for 6 years and to the employee's distress nothing seems to be positive. Where is the execution of right to information act when my own details employee ids and account information is not being disclosed by organisations where I have toiled in my perod of service?
