PF not received

I am Anita Negi I was working with Religare Insurance Broking Ltd my PF No is DL/34101/3759

I have submitted my PF withdrawl form in January which was first accepted by EPFO, they have send my PF Amount cheques to ICICI Bank where i have an account. But I don't know why they said cheques has returned. I had contact with my Employer about this they said just send your ASR form and soon you will get you PF in your account.

I have send my ASR form to my Employer on 1st Sept and they send that form to PF office Wazirpur, Delhi south branch on 21st Sept.but its been more than 1 month passed and the form have not been processed.

I would really appreciate if some one can please take it up and resolve this at the earliest
