Dear Sir/Madam:
I, Ayesha Fatima, would like to inform you about company named e-Script Software Solution Pvt. Ltd, which is located presently in Khairtabad. They have not paid salaries to me and my sister (Sara Fatima) of two months. We were hired as home-based QA and home-based medical transcriptionist in August by Nishikanth. Since they did pay salary for initial months (August, September, October), we waited patiently for sometime thinking they had a cash crunch and they would pay us sooner or later.
First, they gave checks to both of us with erroneous amount, which they later asked to return promising that they would transfer the salary through Internet, but it never happened. On visiting office again, their Head of Operations, Sujatha, promised that the payments would be made as soon as their billing starts, but they did not make payment after the billing started, so we visited them again and they handed checks, which were dishonored because of inadequate balance in the company’s account. When I called office assistant Sunil, he said that he would let the CEO know about the check bounce and let us know once the payments are made, but he never called. Praveen Kumar, the CEO of the company does not take calls and does not reply to mails. The last thing I hear is that they might shut the company down without making our payments.
In spite of several office visits, calls, and mails, they are not willing to make the payment. I request you to take action such companies, who leave their employees in lurch and behave in such an unprofessional manner without worrying about the employees.
