Not paying salary on time, even though it is ISO 9000 company

I am ex-employee of ExpressIT Logistic Worldwide Ltd, the ISO 9000 certified company. I was worked there for 4 months. The company is not paying employees payment on time. While doing follow up for last 2 months for salary, the company has still not provided my 2 months salary.
