After resignation not releasing my due payment

Sir

I did the job in Eyeglobal technoligy india pvt ltd, deputed in M/s-Ispat industries india ltd. for condition monitoring as a sr. technician. i did the job for 3 years Joined on 12 Sep 2006 to Resigned on 29-Oct. (there is no any issues/objection made regarding resignation form ispat management and Eyeglobal technoligy) My company is deducted monthly some amount for annual LTA and incentive. i did not got it for 2 years 2007 to 2009. i have deduction details copyes and salary slips of deatail etc.

Kindly do the need full.
