I was an Ex-Emplyoee of Fidelity Information Services Pvt Ltd, Fairmount Building, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai. Wherein i had submitted PF withdrawal form on March towards HR Department to withdraw my sum amount of money deposited during the working tenure of Sept to May but still haven't received it, As per general rules of PF Scheme i must get the sum amount within 45 days from the submission date and now 8 times of the days require has passed away.
Kindly advise as i wish to take strict action against my ex-company..
