Billing Malfunction, Pathetic Customer service

Hi,

I would like to register this complaint against the Vijaynagar Market FoodWorld. There was a problem in the billing system (software). As for a product it took 103 as amount where as the actual amount was 80. When this was conveyed to the sales people, there was no proper response over the inconvenience caused, on top of this supervisor returns more than the actual extra paid money (23 7) that is 30 Rs to me and on my face he tells in front of other people that you are given a discount for the product.

‘Food World you just lost one loyal customer who was visiting you regularly from past 5 years.’
