My PF Account No: MH/9479/428 - I have applied for sanction of pension against this PF account on cessation from the Company i.e. FOSECO INDIA LIMITED located at Sanaswadi, Pune (Now) and earlier in Mumbai Jolly Bhavan No. 2, New Marine Lines, Mumbai 400 020. Though I am eligible for commutation of pension and receiving monthly pension from 16/9, I have not been sanctioned till date. Company not taking proper care either to submit my application or follow up with PF authorities. As a result I am still awaiting sanction of PF commutation (1/3rd) and regularly monthly pension against said account. Kindly refer Scheme Certificate No. MH/BAN/8226 issued by the Asst. Provident Fund Commissioner, Pension Pre-audit cell, Mumbai.
