Do I need to send the DD to the said company?

I have got a appointment letter from the GCI Enterprises recently. They want a DD of Rs.3450/- very urgently. At first when I apply for the said company their address was in Ranchi, but now they send their letter from Faridabad, Haryana. I dont have any idea what to do? Please reply for me.
