PF, Form 16, Bonus Due

Hi,

I have worked for Geneva software Technologies Ltd from 1st Dec to 13th August.

Following are the dues pending from GSTL :

1. Form 16 for the year 2010

2. PF (Total deducted: Rs. 1, 21, 730)

3. Long stay bonus for the year 2009 (Approximately Rs. 1 lakh - 6 months basic pay and its unconditional irrespective of my performance & company profit/loss)

The company is responding to our queries through mails/phone.

Please help me in this regard.
