My name is Pavan RS. I worked for Geneva Software Technologies Private Limited from September to Aug. Its been 1 year now that the company has failed to settle PF/TDS . I'm keep on contacting the concerned person and every time I get the response saying "Will be done soon". The MD of the company is not replying to emails that are sent requesting him to tell us about the dates when it will settled.
Please let us know what legal steps that we can take against the company to get our money.
