PF settlement not received

Hello Sir,

I am writing this because not received, PF settlement my account number is MH/PUN/301287/28.

My previous organization (Genix india pvt ltd) i worked there from 20/10 to 10/10.(1 year).

I submitted my PF settlement form on april. But till now i am not received any feedback from the organization and PF office.

Pls help me how to get my PF settlement.
