With the approval of the General Manager of Caltex Oil gas Mr. Jeremy Oh Beng Chuan, we are pleased to offer you an appointment to a position as Senior field supervisor.
Herewith is an attached soft copy of your contract agreement letter, We urge you to familiarize yourself with all the relevant documents subject to the terms and conditions of your Contract appointment as well as the Company's Policies and Procedures.
Within the first one month of your employment with the Company, you will be invited to attend two separate New Employee Orientations where you will learn about your benefit package, selected Policies, terms and conditions of employment, and about the organization in general. You will be Provided paid time away from work duties to attend these orientations and your duties/responsibilities shall be assigned to you, related to the designation mention in this soft copy. In the meantime we have included a brief summary of the major benefits and employment conditions that are provided to employees in your union/department.
This offer of employment is contingent upon verification of your identity as required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 foreign employees act upon obtaining work permit authorization, including but not limited to obtaining the appropriate visa and residential permit, as required by Malaysian Immigration Services (formerly IMS) or the Malaysian Department of State.
It is your responsibility to obtain and provide the appropriate identity verification information and work authorization/ permit, Employment visa and Residential permit. You will be required to show us your scanned copy of appropriate visa, Work permit and Residential permit obtained from the Immigration here in Malaysia as proof of eligibility and readiness to join Caltex oil gas as we are having a contract agreement with them for the easiest acquisition of our expatriates working papers.
You are to make contact through the address given below for acquisition of your working pass. Failure to provide identity verification and work authorization in more than 10 to 14days from the day of receipt of this contract letter of your employment may result in Management (Caltex Oil Gas) withdrawing this offer. After the presentation of your authorization the company shall send Flight Fares, relocation allowances to aid you resume duty with us in due time.

Send an email to the above email address attaching your signed copy of the appointment letter and a scan copy of your international passport copy requesting for the issuance of your work permit and traveling documents.
Print the appointment letter, sign it and send it back to us at ([email protected]) alongside your passport sized photograph.
The hard copies of your appointment letter will be dispatched to the immigration for approval and issuance of work permit on the confirmation of your signed soft copy. All document including your traveling document shall be dispatched to you by through DHL. courier by the immigration after your processes with them.
Keep us updated in the processes between you and the immigration.
