G.M.Kapadia, Churchgate
PF money not received from company

Dear Sir,

I worked for one organization called

G.M. Kapadia (C.A),

1001 Raheja Chember, Free Press Journal Marg, Churchgate.

Off. No. 022-66116626

10 months ago. I had submitted closing letter to same company and want my amount. They give me acknowledgement dt. 17 Jan but still I am not get any things. Company not giving any repose and same Bandra PF officer also delaying every time. Company Officer Mr. Rakesh Sharma from Churchgate and Mr. Dashrath (Company PF Consultant) also not giving any reposed.

I want to know is any legal action there so I can take against them. Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.
