THIS COMPANY IS Fake?

Sir,

Last month (june 21st) i got a contract letter from Golden Torch hotel & Resorts, Holborn, London WC1R 4PD Tel. 447010040709.In the letter they inform me no direct interview thats why i surprised how can they select without any interview? And i will forward that message also.

then i want to know this is a fake information, can you help me plese?
