I am a government servent in Co-operative department of Chhattisgarh.my designation is Asst. Registrar.i was transfered to C.G.state Co-oprative minor forest produce federation Ltd. Raipur (Laghu vanopaj sangh) in 2001 on deputation by Govt. Laghu vanopaj sangh deducted GPF from my salary and deposited by chalan through bank. annul GPF account slip is not issued to me. drawing and disbursing officer is responsible for it. I was posted there for 8years.at present i am in urgent need of money.but due to unavailavbility of GPF slip i am facing difficulties regarding withdrawal.
