PF amount not Claiming for Employees

Hi sir,

This is bring to your notice that I have worked around 2 Years in the company called Health Sprint Networks Pvt Ltd Located in Koramangala Bangalore Company PF Account No : 43214, & I left on 05th Oct as per the company rules but till now they have not submitted my PF Claims even I keep on forcing them to apply for it.

Now HR of the company has informed me that PF Forms has been submitted on16th Sep -11. My Question is that till now even one employees has not recvd their PF amount since company has some issues in PF Department. I request you that kindly consider this as priority and do the needful.
