No leave on an election day

Hi Sir,

Im working in Hexaware technologies and april 14th being an election voting day in tamilnadu. we are not allowed to vote on that day. we are permitted only 3 hours of time to vote, how can an out station employees can vote in their city in just 3 hours. they are almost 6, 000 employees working in that company and that too being an Indian based company, we do not have rights to vote.

I would request to take necessary action.
