PF yet not received

Hi,

My PF settlement forms were submitted to PF Office Bangalore on last Feburary’2009 by HindujaTMT, Bangalore. I was told that, I would get the amount in 45 working days or a max of 3 months; however I haven't received any amount of PF neither heard anything about the same from PF Office till date.

My Details are:

Name: Rajesh Kumar Mishra.

Emp Number: 16977 (HindujaTMT, Bangalore)

Process: Tally Process.

PF Account Number: KN/46294/5336.

My Last working Day at HindujaTMT was : 27th Feburary

I would request you to help me in getting my EPF refund as early as possible.
