PF not cleared from last 3 yrs. after proper clearance from the company

I Named Ashmini Kumar Sahoo Was working with the above company from year 2002 to 2007 and i was relieved from the company with proper clearance letter given to me from the high authority, but it is a sad part for me that till date they have not cleared my Provident Fund.
