This is a matter of great of concern. I would like to bring this serious news into the notice of each and every person who are being looking for a backdoor entry into some good and reputed organization. First of all let me tell you there is no backdoor kind of a thing in any organization. Even if it is there, there is no job guarantee. I mean the company can take serious legal action against any candidate found guilty of trying for backdoor entry into that concerned organization. The company may expel the candidate on any ground without giving prior notice. Even worse action may also be taken where a candidate is blacklisted. So always try for a front-door entry through talent for a secure job.
Now coming to the topic there has been a lot of complaint against certain fraudulent rackets who are being playing with the emotions and money of young and jobless people.

They are fraud. I have lost my money (11000/- INR) by dealing with these fucking peoples. They are technically smart people. Each and every member have 4 to 5 cellphones. They are capable of making fake email ids, offer letters, joining letters etc. You really can't find any flaws in their offer letter unless you do any inquiry. Also they have got a lady in their fucking team who pretend to be the HR of a reputed company and takes telephonic interview from an unknown number (probably a use n through Sim or a Sim brought from big bazaar).
They never give their complete information. They may commit you for a 2 months salary after joining. Never believe them because this is just a trap. Before joining they ask for 1000/- INR to be deposited in ac no -16571930002123 for interview charges.
After that they ask 10, 000 INR for issuing a fake offer letter. After that they never pick any phone calls. When you call them from a different number they attend it. But after knowing that its you then they again start disconnecting.
They are not going to survive longer in this race because Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar and Delhi police are tracking their activities. I am sure they would be placed behind bars very soon.
So conclusion from the above story is that never believe anyone when it comes to job. Never deal with these kind of people.
Unless you are sure about the people you are dealing with never take any decision. Always check the track record of the candidates already placed through that consultancy. Apart from that try to go for employee reference rather than backdoor because that is more safe.
