While I'm surprised to see an offer letter from the Rubens hotel without even giving any interview, I thought it would be a good idea to bring it to everyone's notice (unless you are already aware of it)
If you have received any offer letter from [email protected] then please be aware that its a scam site. While the Ruben hotel does exist in UK, its actual site is http://www.rubenshotel.com/ and this site doesn't have any HR contact details on the site.
Another interesting part is that its only the URL of the home page which is different from the actual Ruben hotel's website but if you click on any other pages (like reservations, rooms, etc) you are smartly re-directed to the original Ruben hotel pages which will show you the correct reservation availability, etc. While the complaints are getting lodged at various portals (http://inconsumercomplaints.com/complaints/the-rubens-hotel-london-united-kingdom-c378763.html) all over the internet about this scam, there are still some overly optimistic (or foolish may be) people who continue to fall prey, spending their entire savings, thinking they will get this job.
If the Ruben hotel's (http://www.rubenshotel.com/) management wants then they can report against this site to get it closed and do a favor to all those who have fallen or might fall in the future for these scamsters.
