Not Clear of PF

Dear Sir,

My self is Nitesh Kumar Palia. My PF no. is MH/VASHI/116518/0104. I have employed with Hydril Jindal Int. Pvt. Ltd. (Nagothane- Dist. Raigad, Tal. Roha, Maharashtra) from July to May. I have call many times in HR Dept. for clear my PF but they are not clearing my PF. Before one month i have again sent my PF Form duly signed me thru registry. But they are not giving me any answer. Right now i am working in Gurgaon (Haryana). And no possible to go in Mumbai.

So, I am requested to you kindly help me for clear my PF Amount.
