Pending amount & no jo

Dear Sir,

i am brajesh kumar singh from jaipur, i am parmanent employ of i9 infocomm pvt.ltd. channei. but company is not giving my pending amount (approx 45000) up to 5 Feb. my pending money from october to 5 Feb. or after 5 Feb company was not project, so project manager vivek is always told, i will call you. please wait. 9 month is going to complete without job. but nothin happend, nither pending amount nor job, what should i do. please tell me.
