ICICI Bank
PF amount not received

Dear sir,

I have worked with the ICICI bank from 04-02 to 28-09 (Emp id : 174857). I have submitted the request to withdraw my PF balance and credit into my bank A/c no. 060401500109. Till now i have not received the amount and the status of the same has been also not updated. Kindly help me
