I am an ex-employee of ICICI Bank ltd working on the payroll of Surabhi Development Projects Pvt. Ltd., from last 4 years.
I have moved from ICICI bank's one DST to another DST as per the ICIC Bank management instruction.
From last one year i am continue followup with the DST (Surabhi Development) to release my PF amount. But they are not submitting our withdrawal from into PF office. From last one year every time they told me that your form is in progress will submit the same very soon.
I have already given complain against this DST to ICICI Bank but ICICI Bank is also not taking any action on this.

Dear Madam,
My name is Raj Mourya, i am an ex-employee of one of your previous DST M/s. Suarbhi development Projects Pvt Ltd.
From last more than 3 years we are on the payroll of surabhi development, on 31st Oct Surabhi Development has stopped their service and internally all the employees are moved from one DST to another DST as per the ICICI BANK Management instruction.
As per the below mail M/s. Surabhi Development have confirmed that the withdrawal form will be filled from your end when the all pending salary bills of your team ‘ s are cleared from ICICI Bank. In Jan 10 we have cleared the all the pendings bills of Surabhi Development and as per the instruction we have filled the withdrwal form in surabhi’s Mumbai office and submitted the same to Ms. Suchita Palav (Surabhi co-ordinator) on the month of Feb 10, they confirmed me that within 6 months PF amount will be credited n your A/c.
Now, I am not a single person whose PF withdrawal amount is pending from Surabhi. Most of the ex-employees and employees are resigned from last 2years and still they are not received the PF amount.
For any status they are not providing any single revert on the mail, for this we have to personally call to Surabhi, Kolkata Office on his STD No. 033-6460 5302 for updating the status.
We are suffering from many financial issue, this amount will help to resolve the our financial issue. Request you to kindly look into this.
