Respected sir,
Iam using indane gas from your agency for many years... today i received cylinder... the person who came to deliver the cylinder is NATARAJAN... every time whoever comes to deliver the cylinder i will give five rupees more than the bill rate... but today this (NATARAJAN) asked 15 rupees more than the bill date... he shouted like anything..he said your agency is not giving sufficient salary... so that only he is collecting from the customers..he (NATARAJAN) shouted for that in front of my house... this is the way you treat your customers??? if these activities continues again i have to take legal action..i have also forwarded this complaint to indane gas company.. i hope you will take necessary action to solve this... please send acknowledgment for this mail.
