Not paying salary

Iam Pravat Kumar Rout From bhubaneswar i working in indiabulls securities ltd for last 3 months ibulls give me 1 month of salary but last month they dont give me any salary.

i give complain to branch manager he told me iam not authorised to take any action about your salary...

if they not give my salary i face many problems in future..
