ILLIGAL TERMINATION AFTER 2 MONTHS TRAINING

I Kamal Singh Rathore, Joined Indian Eye Security (ISL) on 1st/June they gave us Offer Letter including detail of our salary and a condition that i will get only half of the salary for one month during my Training Period and i have to score minimum 50% marks in the Test after training and they make me signed a BOND also for Two years but denied to give me the copy of the same BOND.

But after a months training they (ISL) haven't got any contract to deploy us (27 candidates) so they said you all have to continue Training for Two month on half salary, so therefor i showed my objection but at last i had to continue the training for two whole months and i scored 52% marks in Result card. But when i again asked them to give me a copy of BOND (and i think it is RIGHT) they Fired me out and didn't even gave me any notice time.

So please advice me what should i do? Because i have spent my three months time in this Training and now when the ISL is failed to get Business Contract from anywhere they are doing this with me, I LEFT my previous job for them.

Please suggest me is there any way to help me.
